Important Notes:
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Transfers (Pick-up & Drop) from Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand are not included.
- Hotel check-in time: 14:00 hrs | Check-out time: 12:00 noon
- Early check-in & late check-out are strictly subject to availability.
- Personal expenses (Mini Bar, Laundry, etc.) to be settled directly by the guest.
- A valid photo ID proof is required at hotel check-in.
Optional Workshops:
- Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty Workshop (Optional) – ₹1,500.00
- Subacromial Balloon Spacer Workshop (Optional) – ₹1,500.00
